The Company is not responsible for any rules broken by you after purchasing an account or service on Grindswap.com. Further to this policy, we have specific policies covering accounts and services sold on the website, described below:
Grindswap will guarantee to help you recover your account for 180 days after purchase. This is in accordance with the Sythe.org “recovery responsibility” timeline. We will also attempt to assist you in recovery, if it remains possible, beyond the 180 days, although this will subject to availability and at our discretion.
If we believe you are abusing our recovery guarantee to defraud other users, the No-Recovery Guarantee becomes voided.
2. LOST / STOLEN ITEMS
You are responsible for any unauthorized access to Your in-game accounts. We suggest you change the password to your new account and add 2 Factor Authentication to your email and in-game account. Grindswap.com is not responsible for lost or stolen items that result from unauthorized access to your accounts, under any circumstances. These situations are not possible to mediate, therefore the customer accepts all risk associated with storing items on the accounts.
3. REFUNDS
Refunds may be requested prior to delivery of the products or services by The Company. Refunds are only available as credit towards future purchases. Cash refunds are only granted in cases in which The Company decides that the order cannot be completed, for whatever reason. Refunds will not be granted in any circumstance after the product or service has been delivered by The Company.
4. ESCROW SERVICE
Our services can not be used as an escrow service. If You are found to be using The Company’s services as a form of escrow, The Company may hold your funds for up to 24 hours to investigate the issue. The Company will then decide whether to refund the payment in cash or deliver the products and/or services ordered.
We relinquish all responsibility for deals in which the buyer provides receiver information for a person other than themselves. By putting another party’s information as the receiver, the buyer relinquishes all rights to challenge the completion of delivery.
5. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
The Company may require more information following Your payment to properly determine that the payment has been authorized by You. Extra verification may include:

– Social media verification
– Paypal transactions history

These identity verification methods help The Company in preventing fraud. Failure to comply with The Company’s request may result in 24 hour payment seizure and/or a refund of your payment. The Company reserves the right to refuse business to You if you do not complete the requested identity verification.
6. FRAUD
The Company seeks to eliminate fraud through identity verification procedures. In the circumstance that Your payment is reversed following a completed order by The Company, The Company reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from future orders made by You. The Company reserves the right to seek repayment for all reversed transactions for which the services have already been completed.
The Company reserves the right to submit your full information to authorities and payment processors following a reversed payment. The Company also reserves the right to share your name and payment information with other merchants following a reversal.
7. DELIVERY DISPUTES
If You believe the delivery of your products or services were not properly completed by The Company, then you must notify us immediately through our Live Support system, or by sending an email to grinsdwap@gmail.com. We will investigate your claim and respond as soon as possible.
Filing a dispute with your card holder, bank, payment processor or other third party in relation to an order on Grindswap.com is a violation of our terms of service. These third parties do not have the necessary tools to mediate a dispute for in-game accounts or services.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
Upon request, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Company and our affiliates, contractors, vendors, and content providers from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to a breach of these Terms & Conditions for which you are responsible or in connection with your distribution of any content on or through Grindswap.com services.
9. REMEDIES
You agree that these Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties to these Terms. You also understand and agree that this Terms & Conditions and the Supplemental Terms incorporated into this Terms of Service, including enforcement of those policies, are not intended to confer, and do not confer, any rights or remedies upon any person.
10. SEVERABILITY
If any part of this Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of The Company, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. WAIVER
The failure of The Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Terms & Conditions will not constitute waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of this Terms & Conditions will be effective only if in a writing signed by Grindswap.com
