Refund and Returns Policy


The Company is not responsible for any rules broken by you after purchasing an account or service on  Further to this policy, we have specific policies covering accounts and services sold on the website, described below:
  1. Accounts:  All accounts sold on are guaranteed safe and secure from recovery, but following your ownership of the account it becomes your responsibility to follow in-game rules and you bare responsibility for actions taken against the account. 
  2. Services:  All services provided by are undertaken at your own risk.  Possible actions can be taken against your in-game account during or following a service.  You accept full responsibility for any actions taken against your account.

Grindswap will guarantee to help you recover your account for 180 days after purchase.  This is in accordance with the “recovery responsibility” timeline.  We will also attempt to assist you in recovery, if it remains possible, beyond the 180 days, although this will subject to availability and at our discretion.

If we believe you are abusing our recovery guarantee to defraud other users, the No-Recovery Guarantee becomes voided.


Refunds may be requested prior to delivery of the products or services by The Company. Refunds are only available as credit towards future purchases. Cash refunds are only granted in cases in which The Company decides that the order cannot be completed, for whatever reason. Refunds will not be granted in any circumstance after the product or service has been delivered by The Company.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Delivery Disputes

If You believe the delivery of your products or services were not properly completed by The Company, then you must notify us immediately through our Live Support system, or by sending an email to [email protected]. We will investigate your claim and respond as soon as possible.

Filing a dispute with your card holder, bank, payment processor or other third party in relation to an order on is a violation of our terms of service.  These third parties do not have the necessary tools to mediate a dispute for in-game accounts or services.
